Meet the passionate people behind TNP Travel — dedicated to making every journey through Bhutan unforgettable.

Founder & Owner
Mr Kinley Dorji is CEO of TNP Travel. Before this, he served in the Ministry of Education in various roles — as Teacher, Principal, and District Education Officer. With 20 years of successful service in leadership and management, he brings a wealth of experience and passion to the world of tourism.
He has excellent knowledge in organising effective tour programmes, committed to collaborating with clients, arranging logistics (local transport, accommodation, food), and raising general awareness (respecting culture, staying aware of surroundings).
In nature, he is compassionate, supportive, and open to all levels — which makes the team energetic and lively. He is also trained and knowledgeable in Bhutanese cultural heritage, striving to provide valued services to travelers who come to experience Bhutan.
"Travel isn't just about reaching a destination; it's about the memories you create along the way. Our mission is to make every journey unforgettable, effortless, and uniquely yours."

Finance, Marketing & Operations
Mr. Ugyen Dorji serves as the Manager of TNP Travel, overseeing finance, marketing, ticketing, and hotel bookings. With experience gained from working with multiple travel agencies as well as a government referral hospital, he brings strong organisational, administrative, and people-management skills to the company.
His energetic approach and strong budget-management skills ensure that company funds are used responsibly and in line with financial planning, while still delivering exceptional service to clients.
Additionally, Mr. Ugyen Dorji is a professionally trained physiotherapist. During tours, he can provide valuable health support such as monitoring blood pressure, checking oxygen levels, and offering basic first-aid assistance in emergencies — adding an extra layer of safety and care for travelers.

Head Guide & Tour Coordinator
Mr. Pema Rinzin is the Coordinator of TNP Travel. He is a professionally trained tourist guide with more than ten years of experience, skilled in interpreting cultural and natural heritage, sharing stories, and assisting with logistics — making trips both educational and enjoyable.
He serves as the main guide and also coordinates the arrangement of other freelance tourist guides. All freelance guides arranged by the agency are certified by the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) and have three or more years of guiding experience.
Drivers arranged by the agency are also certified by TCB — they are healthy, meet safety standards, hold valid licences and vehicle documents, and have three or more years of driving experience. The agency offers luxury cars, minivans, and buses depending on group size.
Our guides and drivers are flexible and proactive — they treat every tour as their best and continue learning even after many years in tourism. They are a happy, dedicated team committed to providing an unforgettable and unique experience.

Itinerary Planner
Mrs. Choden serves as the Itinerary Planner / Programmer at TNP Travel. She designs detailed schedules of sightseeing activities and implements and updates them for clients.
The agency generally offers tour packages of 5 Days / 4 Nights (5D/4N), 7 Days / 6 Nights (7D/6N), and 10 Days / 9 Nights (10D/9N). All programmes are tentatively designed, and some activities may be adjusted for the convenience of clients through discussion, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
She also analyses travel data to measure utilisation and programme effectiveness, using this information to continuously improve future trips.
Our team is ready to craft the perfect Bhutan experience just for you.
